There is as much corruption in the states as there is in the CP. People don't trust either one and that is why giving is suffering. Maybe if Baptists would work on extravagant spending and salaries then things would settle down.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2294170801673753291.post-90210951969869859502014-09-29T20:33:19.533-04:002014-09-29T20:33:19.533-04:00I'm not sure how it has worked out in recent y...I'm not sure how it has worked out in recent years, but when the SBTC formed in Texas, in reaction to the BGCT's attempt to cut the share of their CP money going to the SBC, eventually, they came up with a formula which simply allowed churches to set their own split, by instruction, as it was submitted to the BGCT.
