Thom Ranier on helpful criticism

Back in February, I, uh, criticized LifeWay head Thom Ranier for his blog on criticism. I thought that he erred in saying that those who cricicized the pastor might just be lost.

Well, Ranier, has a new blog on criticism in which he says criticism can be helpful.

He doesn't allude to Plodder's brilliant criticism of his earlier blog on criticism in which I called for advice to pastors about receiving criticism...but maybe he read my piece anyhow.
